Health is probably the most important factor for happiness. Without health, everything else is diminished and your ability to celebrate being alive are limited. It affects every aspect of your life from your independence to self-image, energy levels and relationships. Pain and fatigue are not fun. But I do want to be as fit and well as I can be without being a boring slave to fanaticism because the truth is we will all eventually die. It depends on what you want the quality and length of your life to be.
